Absolutely. Evidence works out of the box with nearly every website platform and landing page builder. Check out our growing list of integrations. If we’re missing a specific provider you need, there is still a high likelihood we can integrate it.

You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your account at anytime. Oh, and unlike the other guys, we don’t require you to contact us to cancel. You can do it yourself, right within the application.

A visit is the time spent on your website before leaving, similar to what Google Analytics considers a session. Whether the visitor visits 1 page or 25 pages, it is considered a single visit.

Example 1 – John visits your site to buy some shoes for his spouse. After 10 minutes, he opens a new tab to look at the news. While browsing the news, he notices a Boomerang Tab notification that inventory is running out. He returns to the site and purchases 2 pairs of shoes. Because he never closed your site, this example would count as 1 visit, despite opening a new tab and viewing another site.

Example 2 – John visits your site to buy some shoes for his spouse. In the 45 minutes he spends on your site, he sees 23 Evidence notifications, looks at 14 shoes and visits a total of 37 pages before leaving your site. John returns to your site a week later and finally purchases 2 pairs of shoes. This example would count as 2 visits.

Sure thing. Every account includes unlimited domains and notifications. You are only limited on the number or site visits.

It’s a free trial that lasts 14 days. When your free trial is up, your preferred payment method will be billed for the appropriate plan price. We do require payment information when you sign up. Since you will start showing social proof notifications almost immediately, having an active payment method will ensure your site continues to boost site conversions when your trial period is over.
If you don’t love using social proof to boost conversions, simply cancel before your trial ends.

While it may seem a little old fashioned to some, we primarily lead with monthly pricing because we feel like we should earn your business each and every month. This is only possible because of the fact that we are self-funded and cash-flow positive. Simply put, we aren’t forced to sell annual contracts to please investors.

It’s your choice. In your account settings, you can indicate whether notifications are paused until your plan renews (we will still capture and store visitor and conversion data) or whether you wish to have your subscription upgraded to the next plan (most common). In the event of an automatic upgrade, we always prorate the amount you already paid on the previous plan.

Absolutely not. Evidence is built to provide real-time, authentic social proof. If you aren’t into using honest marketing on your site, we aren’t a good fit for each other. Building fake notifications will only hurt your business in the long run. You will grow your business more by improving your product or service than gaming reviews or social proof notifications.

With a product name like ours, it only makes sense we’d show our customers actual evidence of the value our product provides them. You can see all of your stats including Return on Investment right on your dashboard.
