Troubleshoot why notifications aren’t showing up on your website
Are your notifications not displaying? Follow this article to make sure that everything is set up correctly.
- Have you installed the Evidence Pixel on your website?
- Have you cleared the cache of your website after installing the Evidence Pixel?
- Are the URL’s added to the Display tab in your Campaign valid?
- Has your account passed your monthly limit of visits?
- Have you opened your site in an incognito browser?
- Have you tried using a different browser?
- Do the Sources attached to your Campaign have any Events that would display?
