Which Form Submission Method Should I Use in Evidence?

Sometimes form submissions are handled in ways other than the default form submit. By default Evidence listens for a Submit Event from a form. However, some forms do not have a Submit Event. You can change your Form Submission settings to look for a Click Event on a button of the form instead.

If you have configured your form source, but it's not capturing form submissions, use this article to see if you need to use a different Form Submission method.

In your in the settings of your form Source, scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click the drop-down and select Button is Clicked.

Click the Refresh button so that Evidence can scan your form for buttons.

Select the Submit button for your form. Click Save and then click Publish.
