Displaying Evidence Notifications on HeySummit
Step 1: Copy your Evidence Pixel
Follow this article to copy your Evidence Pixel.
Step 2: Add your Evidence Pixel to HeySummit
Log into your HeySummit account and click Event Setup.
Click Settings.
On the Custom Javascript module, click Edit.
Paste the Evidence Pixel you copied in Step 1 above into the Custom Javascript box and click Save.
All done! Evidence notifications are now able to be displayed on your HeySummit site.

Capturing Events using a Webhook
Step 1: Create a Webhook
In order to integrate with Evidence, HeySummit needs a “Webhook URL” to send the data to. Follow this article to learn how to create a webhook URL within Evidence.
Step 2: Connect to HeySummit
Log into your HeySummit account and click Event Setup.
Click Webhooks.
Click + Add Webhook.
Select New Attendee Registered from the first drop-down.
Paste the Evidence Webhook URL you created in Step 1 into the URL to send data box and click Save.
Once Evidence has received the test webhook, click this link to learn what to do with the HeySummit webhook that Evidence received.
Capture Events from a Webform
Log into Evidence. Go to Sources and click the + button.
- Name your source HeySummit
- Click Webform Submission.
- Click Create.
Paste the URL that your form is on and click Check.
Once your form has been found, click Confirm.
- Select all of the fields you would like to pull from the form.
- Set the Field Type for relevant fields. (Don't forget to set First Name and Email)
Scroll down to the Form Submission section and click the drop-down.
From the drop-down, select Button is Clicked.
Now you will want to re-scan you form by clicking the refresh button.
Once the second drop-down appears, select from it, the link that represents your submit button.
Toggle your form from Off to On and click Publish.
All done! You can now use HeySummit as a source within an Evidence Notification!
