Display Evidence Notifications on Paperform
Step 1: Copy your Evidence Pixel
Follow this article to copy your Evidence Pixel.
Step 2: Add your Evidence Pixel
Log into your account and click Edit on your form.
Hover over Configure and click Analytics.
Paste the Evidence Pixel you copied in the previous step into the Page load scripts box.
Click Save Changes.
All done! Evidence notifications are now able to be displayed on your site.
Capture Events from Paperform
Paperform Webhooks
Step 1: Create a Webhook
In order to integrate with Evidence, Paperform needs a “Webhook URL” to send the data to. Follow this article to learn how to create a webhook URL within Evidence.
Step 2: Connect to Paperform
Log into your account and click Edit on your form.
Hover over After Submission and click Integrations & Webhooks.
Scroll down and click Webhooks.
Paste the Evidence Webhook URL you created in Step 1 in the Webhook Field.
The webhook URL also supports answer piping, which means that if you need to pass answers through as query string parameters, you can!
You will need to add answer piped values by either writing {{ key }} where "key" is the relevant question's pre-fill key, or by using the + menu to the right of the input.
Click Add Webhook.
Click the Test button to have Paperform send a Test webhook to Evidence.
Click Save Changes.

Paperform Webforms
Note: In order to capture Events from a Form, the Evidence Pixel Needs to be installed on the page.
Step 1: Create a Webform Source
Log into Evidence. Go to Sources and click the + button.
- Name your source Paperform
- Click Webform Submission.
- Click Create.
Paste the URL that your form is on and click Check.
Once your form has been found, click Confirm.
- Select all of the fields you would like to pull from the form.
- Set the Field Type for relevant fields. (Don't forget to set First Name and Email)
Toggle your form from Off to On and click Publish.
All done! You can now use Paperform as a source within an Evidence Notification!
