Learn how to Integrate Evidence with Quriobot, allowing you to to capture events and display them on your site.
Step 1: Create a Webhook URL
In order to integrate Quriobot with Evidence, Quriobot needs a “Webhook URL” to send the data to. Follow this article to learn how to create a webhook URL within Evidence to insert into Quriobot.
Step 2: Connect to Quriobot
Log in to your Quriobot account and edit your bot. Click on Connections and notifications.
Click Response actions and connections.
Click Add new response action.
Under Response action type, click "JSON webhook".
Paste the Evidence script that you created in Step 1 above into the URL box.
Replace the text in the box with the following code:
{ "FirstName": "{{userFirstName}}" }
Click Save.
Evidence is now waiting to receive a webhook from your bot. The bot will send a webhook once a new conversation is completed. Once a webhook has been sent to Evidence, click this link to learn what to do with the Quriobot webhook that Evidence received.
