Step 1: Create a Webhook
In order to integrate with Evidence, JotForm needs a “Webhook URL” to send the data to. Follow this article to learn how to create a webhook URL within Evidence.
Step 2: Connect to JotForm
Log in to JotForm and edit your form.
Click Settings.
Click INTEGRATIONS.
Search for Webhook and click the WebHooks module.
Paste the Evidence Webhook URL that you created in Step 1 into the Add WebHook box.
Click Complete Integration.
Once the integration is ready, click Finish.
Evidence is now waiting to receive a webhook from JotForm. You can either wait for a form to be completed or complete the form yourself.
